Jim Baehr of Iowa Realty recently contacted me to help stage a couple of homes for his clients. The beautiful, classic home was built in 1920.  The owners have done several recent updates including the kitchen and all new bathrooms just to name a few. The living room, entry way and dining room was budgeted for the stage of this empty home.  Check out the before and after and the full listing here.

Rochelle Burnett of Keller Williams hired me to stage an adorable open floor plan home in the Northwest Des Moines area this week.  This home was completely empty, just a dark rug and two bar stools were left behind.  I was asked to stage living room, bathroom and kitchen. Waynesville, NC Home - Do it Yourself Magazine

I spent 4 days in Asheville/Waynesville, North Carolina styling this gorgeous home in the Smoky Mountains. Props needed included a mountain of pillows, plants, flowers, rugs, smaller home decor, blankets, towels and kitchenware. All which needed to be returned before we boarded our plane. Side note - the South does not like returns which did not make my job easy at the end. But thankfully, I got to bring my momma as an assistant on this trip. She really helped me out and I THINK she finally understands what the heck I do at these shoots. Words from Momma Miller -"You sure do spend a lot of time fussin". I couldn't agree more :)
