Behind the Scenes with Do It Yourself Magazine

Yesterday, I spent the day on set with Do It Yourself Magazine.  The story is sewing guide for beginners called "Sew at Home".  As the prop stylist, I was hired build sets to support the projects. Anything from walls, paint selection, floors, furniture and props.  Check out some behind the scenes photos. Story will be published in Winter 2106.

606 Hickory Court Stage

I was recently hired to stage a beautiful ranch in Dallas Center, Iowa. I consulted them on new paint and provided new furniture pieces, lighten up their dark furniture with light pillows and rug.  It's pretty incredible what a color paint change can make in your home. Full listing here

Party Like it's 1965!

Better Homes and Gardens new publication called Get Together dropped today! So many talented souls made this magazine come to light. I would especially like to thank my team for making "Party Like it's 1965" story so bitchen. heart emoticon
