8276 Aspen Drive

Last Thursday, I staged this new modern home in the West Des Moines on Aspen Drive. I got to go with a more masculine look to match it's city loft look.  It was definitely fun to stray from the all white/neutral look that I usually choose to balance the home.  Unfortunately for you, this listing sold already on Saturday.

16670 J Ave, Perry

Check out this incredible transformation of this ranch on a stunning acreage 30-40 mins from the the Des Moines Metro! With a fresh coat of paint and some decluttering this home could not have flipped more beautifully.  Super pleased with the results! Full listing here.

5822 Waterbury Road

Last week, I staged a charming home in Waterbury with an amazing outdoor living space.  I am kicking myself for not taking photos before the client painted their walls, because before they were mid-yellow with red accents.  I recommended for them to paint my favorite color - Sherwin Williams Modern Grey.  It's so incredible how paint can transform a home.  Check out the before and afters of this simple and quick stage.
